Royal mail Next Day special delivery costs £4.50 which is insured for any lost deliveries. Free UK next day delivery over £100
International shipping via Royal Mail is £10 which takes 3-7 working days from despatch. International duties and taxes are not the responsibility of SMBL Studio and are to be paid by the customer if applicable
Handmade Production Times
All SMBLs are handmade to order by Sam in the studio. Once your order is placed it takes 1-2 weeks to be uniquely handmade through various hand processes. We appreciate your patience and promise your jewellery will be worth the wait! Please reach out to us at studio@smbl.co.uk if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date, and we will do our best to accomodate
Packaging
The best things come in small packages! We offer free minimal sustainable gift wrapping with every order to make sure it arrives safely. yes, everything is recyclable! You can find care instructions for your jewellery here
Bespoke/special requests
All our bespoke/one of a kind jewellery pieces will vary on production time depending on the complexity and processed used to craft the piece. This will be discussed prior to making
Returns
Each piece of jewellery is uniquely handcrafted in the studio especially for you and we hope you love them. If you aren’t happy for any reason please do get in touch as we can exchange items under special circumstances (expect for earrings for hygiene reasons)
Every possible care will be taken to ensure it arrives safely. If there has been damage caused in transit please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse
Lost Deliveries
SMBL Studio cannot be held responsible for any lost or late packages. However, if an item is lost after dispatch we can provide the tracking number and we will do our best to help you retrieve it. If you need help with this please contact us
